Complete the Enrollment Form
Download the enrollment form from our website and fill it out carefully with the required information. Don't forget to attach your child's report card for the current year.

Take the Admission Tests
Once your application file has been received, the HOD will contact you to schedule the admission test according to the calendar established for each grade level.

Receive the HOD's Approval
If your child passes the admission tests, they will receive an approval from the head of division, validating their enrollment at Notre Dame de Louaize School.
