The Three Pillars of the School Project (2023–2026)

Pillar 1: High-Quality Multilingual and Multicultural Education

  • Promote language mastery using students’ linguistic potential.

  • Emphasize Arabic, French, and English equally, providing effective tools for acquisition.

  • Strengthen oral assessment and encourage real-life speaking opportunities (debates, presentations).

  • Reinforce writing across contexts—essays, summaries, and beyond.

  • Cultivate artistic and cultural sensitivity through exposure to diverse art forms.

  • Connect all disciplines to a unified, pluralistic, and intercultural general education.

Pillar 2: Adapting Teaching to Future Challenges

“Education is no longer about teaching students something, but helping them develop a compass…” —Andreas Schleicher

  • Teach students to learn to know, do, live together, and most importantly be.

  • Foster intellectual autonomy, critical thinking, and the courage to confront complexity.

  • Encourage students to resist passive learning and think for themselves in a world of excess information.

Pillar 3: Positive Atmosphere for Living and Working Together

  • Implement a pedagogical system promoting belonging, well-being, and ambition.

  • Develop supportive actions like student representative training and parent involvement.

  • Promote healthy lifestyles and offer a wellness climate for all community members.

  • Integrate cross-disciplinary health education.

  • Prioritize the individual behind the student.

  • Support cooperation, personal development, and integration for all.
